Governing Law

shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. You agree that any legal action
or proceeding between PB and you for any purpose concerning these Terms of Use or
the Website or in any way related to the Website shall be brought exclusively in
a court of competent jurisdiction sitting Harris County in the State of Texas. Any
cause of action or claim you may have with respect to these Terms of Use, the Website,
or PB must be commenced within six (6) months after the claim or cause of action
arises or such claim or cause of action shall be barred.
No Waiver
PB reserves the right to take all legal and technical steps available, including
pursuing civil remedies and criminal prosecution, for any violation of these Terms
of Use. PB' failure to enforce these Terms of Use in every instance in which it
is entitled does not amount to a waiver of PB' rights. the remaining provisions,
and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
